FAQ'S For Vivoli Executive Membership Program   

1. Q. Who can I contact for any addition informations or questions?

A. Please email us to membershipsupport@vivolicafe.com and our online customers service will get back to you.

2. Where can I apply to became a member?
You can apply at Vivoli restaurant closest to you or simply go to  www.vivolicafe.com

3. Can we order every day?
Yes, you can order every day throughout the month for up to $500 dollars a day.

4. Which menu can we order from?
You can order from all of the menus EXCEPT  any promotion menu.  These menus include the brunch menu, lunch menu, dinner menu, and dessert menu.

5. How many times a month can I order?
You can order every single day during the month for up to $500 dollars a day.

6. Can I cancel this membership?
Yes. You must cancel your membership 15 day before the renewal time for the next month. Please email
membershipsupport@vivolicafe.com  to cancel membership.

7.Does the membership apply if I eat in the restaurant? 
No it does not. The discount can only be applied to take-out. 

8.What if I spend more than $500  that day?
Then you will receive the 50% off for the $500 dollars’ worth of food and then pay full price for the additional amount.

9. What hours of the day can I order take-out?
You can order any hours of the day that the restaurant is open.

10. What happen if
 I refer it to a friend or to another family member?
You will receive a $25 cash back on your account each month and per each referral as long as they continue to renew their membership, if they do let us know at
membershipsupport@vivolicafe.com and we will setup automatically. This referral benefits are valid only if your membership is current and valid.

11.How many referrals can I do?
As many as you wish.

12.Can I use it with other offers or coupons.
No,  this special membership silver program guarantees the lowest price available for TAKE OUT ORDERS.
